通常我们所说的安全控制,就是指对工程施工中存在的不安全因素进行预先分析,从技术、组织、监控和管理层上采取有效管理措施,确保施工生产有序正常进行,使施工过程的安全生产始终处于受控状态,按既定控制目标稳步前进,保证承建的工程不发生安全事故,不造成人身伤亡和财产损失。本文结合刚刚完工的张王庄控导工程一标的安全控制管理工作,谈谈项目部如何做好安全控制管理工作。
