在市场经济不断发生调整的今天,为了适应目前的社会化大生产,作为一种经济联合体,企业集团由此出现,企业集团中财务管理模式的选择与构建,在较大程度上影响着企业的发展方向和企业财务管理的质量,就目前的情况来看,企业集团财务管理模式根据企业发展情况的不同可以分为集权式和分权式等两大模式,但是在实际的应用中会出现管理观念落后和缺乏整体性等问题,本文在对我国企业集团财务管理所存在问题进行分析的基础上,对企业集团财务管理模式的选择与构建进行分析。
