本文就教师在英语教学中的主导作用进行探析,从引导、组织、促进等方面阐述其对优化课程教学过程和方法所起到的促进作用。教师的主导化作用发挥能够更好地激活学生英语学习主观能动性和潜能,更能够形成和谐的教学氛围。这种主导化作用基于教师依据学生学习实际情况和课程教学的任务目标的基础上而形成的资源优化配置过程,能提高课程教学的有效性。
This article analyzes the leading role of teachers in English teaching and discusses the promotion effect of optimizing teaching process and method from guidance, organization and promotion. The leading role of teachers to play to better activate students’ English learning subjective initiative and potential, more able to form a harmonious teaching atmosphere. This leading role is based on the teachers ’optimization of the process of resource allocation based on the actual situation of students’ learning and the objectives of the course teaching, which can improve the effectiveness of the course teaching.
