滇四嘟拉碱甲(bulleyaconitine A,BLA)是国内近年研制成功的镇痛、抗炎药物.1980年中科院昆明植物研究所从滇西民间用于镇痛抗炎的草药滇西嘟拉(Aconitumbulleyanum Diels)中分离得此生物碱.1983年中科院上海药物研究所证实BLA有明显镇痛、抗炎作用,即进行临床前药理试验.1984年分别在中国人民解放军第六医院、昆明医学院第一附属医院、第二军医大学附属长征医院、西安医学院第二附属医院、南京医学院第一附属医院和北京积水潭医院等九省
