佛教圣地五台山自2008年申遗成功后,每年游客人数达三百多万人次,旅游旺季各大宾馆、饭店都是宾客盈门。而位于中心景区的五台山栖贤阁宾馆和友谊宾馆由于历史原因于2003年停业后,全部职工下岗,宾馆一直闲置。2012年3月22日,经省政府批准,这两个省级国企宾馆正式由省国资委移交山西省政府机关事务管理局和山西省旅游投资有限公司接管。两宾馆与上百名职工对安置问题进行了多次对话、协商,最后达成合意,栖贤阁宾馆有51名、友谊宾馆有80名职工同意内退。为此,山西省政府机关事务管理局工程处于3月28日向
