Ding Wenchang, member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, is the only general of the senior general in active service who has a general’s rank. After graduating from the Air Force Aviation School, Ding Wenchang had been in charge of politics and cadre work in the Air Force and the air force since he graduated from the Air Force Aviation School.
