低压浇注用于熔模型壳是用低压力将金属液注入熔模型壳铸型中的新技术,它综合了熔模精密铸造与低压铸造两者的优点,特别适于那些承受高速、高压、高温、复杂的、薄壁的或者壁厚不匀的各种合金的精密铸件,与重力浇注相比低压浇注不但可以使铸件表面光洁;尺寸精度高,而且铸件内部组织致密,性能指标和成品率也大大提高,为实现零件的少无切削加工、降低总成本提供了新的途径。本文通过国内外几个实例,介绍这种新技术在浇注系统、凝固条件、型壳强度和排气特点以及其应用的意义。
