距离本溪市25公里,位于本溪与沈阳交界处,比邻沈本高速公路,有个岱金峪村。这个坐落在群山皱褶中的小山村,共有368户,951口人,人均土地不足半亩。别看这里的士地少,但却有丰富的矿山资源。曾是本溪市溪湖区远近闻名的小康村、文明村。凭着天时地利的优势,每年仅靠承包矿山,就可得到30万元以上的固定收入。然而,自1995年起,该村便走上了衰败的道路。到了2000年,岱金峪村的集体经济几乎接近了崩溃的边缘:村里负债150多万元,穷得连买一瓶钢笔水、一张信纸的钱都没有。村委会的办公场所更是不堪入目:几间房子,门窗凋零。到了冬天,炉子里连一块煤都没有,地上厚厚一层灰,寒风从没有玻璃的窗口肆无忌惮地往里吹,一派萧条败落景象。 一个曾令人羡慕的富裕村为何会落到如此地步?带着这个疑问,2001年岁尾,记者赶赴本溪,采访了区、镇的有关部门和岱金峪村部分村干部、老党员及有关人员。

In the winter, there was not even a piece of coal in the stove, a thick layer of ash on the ground, and cold wind blew into the window with no glass window. With this enviable wealthy village why it fell to such a point? With this question, the end of 2001, reporters rushed to Benxi, interviewed the district and town departments and Dai Jinyu part of the village cadres, veteran members and related personnel.
