暨南大学医学院生化教研室任邦哲教授、刘誉老师于1983年9月新生入学时,进行了异常Hb普查,用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳法进行测定,发现有一种α链异常的慢泳血红蛋白突变体。异常Hb含量22.2%,血液系检查显示轻度贫血,1/10003 RBC有H包涵体。经用指纹分析及氨基酸定量与顺序测定,其结果证明α
Ren Bangzhe, professor of biochemistry teaching and research department of Jinan University School of Medicine, and Liu Yu performed an abnormal Hb screening when they were admitted to the school in September 1983. The results showed that there was a kind of slow-swimming hemoglobin mutant with α-chain abnormalities, which was determined by cellulose acetate electrophoresis. Abnormal Hb content of 22.2%, blood tests showed mild anemia, 1/10003 RBC H inclusion. By fingerprinting and amino acid quantification and sequencing, the results show that α
