目的验证ACSM功率车摄氧量推算公式的效度,建立适合中国大学肥胖女生的摄氧量推算公式,为减肥运动强度的把握提供依据。方法从60名肥胖女生中随机抽取40名受试者进行功率车运动。将摄氧量实测值和ACSM功率车运动摄氧量推算公式的推测值进行比较,并建立一个新的摄氧量推算公式。另选取20名受试者检验新公式的精确性。结果 ACSM摄氧量推算公式应用于中国大学肥胖女生存在一定误差,新建立的功率车运动摄氧量推算公式有较好的精确性,该公式为:VO2(mL/min)=11.37 mL/(min.W)×功率(W)+3.5 mL/(kg.min)×体重(kg)+139.72 mL/min(R2=0.97,SEE=60.27 mL/min)。结论在对肥胖人群功率车运动摄氧量进行公式推算时,只有与建立公式的受试者属同质人群时才具精确性。
Objective To verify the validity of formula for determining oxygen uptake of ACSM power car and to establish a formula for calculating oxygen uptake suitable for obese girls in Chinese universities to provide basis for weight loss exercise intensity. Methods 40 subjects from 60 obese girls were randomly selected for power car exercise. The measured value of oxygen uptake and ACSM power vehicle oxygen uptake estimation formula to estimate the value of comparison and to establish a new formula for calculating oxygen uptake. Another 20 subjects to test the accuracy of the new formula. Results The calculation formula of ACSM oxygen uptake was applied to the obese girls in China. There was a certain error. The newly established kinetic oxygen uptake formula of power car had better accuracy. The formula was: VO2 (mL / min) = 11.37 mL / min. W × power (W) +3.5 mL / (kg.min) × body weight (kg) +139.72 mL / min (R2 = 0.97, SEE = 60.27 mL / min). Conclusion When formulating motor oxyphobia in obese people, the formula is only accurate when they are of the same quality as those who formulate the formula.
