目的:通过研究四磨汤对慢性应激小鼠血清神经降压素(NT)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响,进一步探讨四磨汤治疗功能性胃肠病的作用机制。方法:采用饥饱失常、明暗颠倒以及束缚夹尾等多种方法造模,随机给予蒸馏水、吗丁啉、四磨汤治疗;用酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测血清中NT、CGRP的含量变化。结果:模型组小鼠血清中NT、CGRP含量均高于正常组(P<0.01);四磨汤组血清NT、CGRP的水平降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四磨汤能使血中异常改变的NT、CGRP恢复正常,表明四磨汤治疗功能性胃肠病可能是通过调节脑肠肽的水平变化而实现的。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Si mill decoction on serum neurotensin (NT) and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP) in chronic stress mice and to explore the mechanism of Si mill decoction in treating functional gastrointestinal disease. Methods: The methods of starvation and maladjustment, light and shade reversal and binding pinch tail were used to establish the model. The rats were randomly treated with distilled water, domperidone and Sihuangtang. Serum levels of NT and CGRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Content changes. Results: The contents of NT and CGRP in model group were higher than those in normal group (P <0.01). The serum NT and CGRP levels in Sihuangtang group were lower than those in model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Si mill decoction can make the abnormal changes of blood NT, CGRP returned to normal, indicating that Si mill decoction in the treatment of functional gastrointestinal disease may be through the regulation of the level of ghrelin changes achieved.
