一自公安部于去年4月在苏州召开了派出所改革工作会议之后,全国各地公安机关纷纷根据公安部提出的工作思路,把握机遇,大胆探索,勇于实践,派出所改革工作呈现出强劲的发展势头,并已取得初步成效,尤其是在严密防范管理、稳定社会治安、提高民警工作积极性、密切警民关系等方面收到了较好的效果,取得了许多有益的经验。但同时由于这项改革工作涉及面广,触及的层面深,在某种意义上又是一项全新的尝试和探索,工作中也暴露出了一些问题和困难,许多地方还需不断完善。近期,笔者通过对衢州市派出所改革工作进展情况的调查研究,发现当前派出所改革工作中还普遍存在着以下几个亟待解决的问题。

Many useful experiences have been gained. However, at the same time, this reform involves a wide range of issues and has reached a deep level of touch. In a sense, it is another brand-new attempt and exploration. Some problems and difficulties have also been revealed in its work. In many areas, improvements are still required. Recently, the author of Quzhou City police station through the reform of the investigation and study of the progress of the work, found that the current police station reform is still widespread in the following several problems to be solved.
