巴里坤县公安局城镇派出所位于哈密地区巴里坤县城镇军民团结路,辖区总面积234.6平方公里,常住人口12 408人,暂住人口973人,共有机关、企事业单位、集贸易市场、特种行业、公共娱乐和宗教场所等745个。近年来,该所以立警为公、执法为民为主导思想,队伍整体素质逐步提高,实现了辖区内发案少、秩序好、信息灵、社会稳定、群众满意的公安工作目标。2003年以来,在总结以往警务规范化建设工作经验的同时,狠抓队伍建设和业务建设,加强公安基层基础工作,严厉打击违法犯罪活动,为巴里坤的经济发展和社会稳定作出了积极贡献。
