本研究应用生物力学方法,小型压力传感器和我国人体尺寸特点的有关参数,建立了卧位颈部受力的生物力学模型,结合肌电积分方法分析卧位不同枕高及方式下,颈椎受力情况。结果显示,在正常群体中,枕高9cm时人体颈椎受力相对较小,颈部IEMG值较低,而在颈部有支撑时颈椎受力更小。建议:正常群体中枕高9cm颈部有支撑最为适宜。
In this study, biomechanical methods, small pressure sensors and the relevant parameters of human body size characteristics in our country were used to establish the biomechanical model of cervical force in supine position. Combined with EMG method, Happening. The results showed that in the normal group, the cervical vertebra is relatively less stressed when the occipital height is 9cm, the IEMG value is lower in the neck, and the cervical vertebra is less stressed when the neck is supported. Recommendation: normal group of 9cm neck pillow support the most appropriate.
