前言参照国外资料及北京特钢、抚顺钢厂等试验情况,结合上钢三厂具体条件,上海工业大学及上钢三厂铸钢车间合作,进行采用喷吹技术改进电炉冶炼工艺的试验,先后设计和制作了三种类型的喷粉罐,并进行了四个钢类近百炉的试验。结果表明采用局部流态化,并经过拉瓦尔喷咀加速的压气式喷粉装置,具有工作稳定可靠,混合比及出口速度可调等优点,配备电气控制柜后,只需一人操作,适合炼钢车间工作。采用喷吹技术强化还原,
