多巴制剂是目前临床上治疗帕金森病的首选药物。随着多巴制剂应用时间的延长和用量的加大,其治疗作用越来越小,不良反应反而越来越大,已成为影响其临床应用的主要问题。研究表明,中医药与多巴制剂联合应用具有提高疗效、减少西药的用量及减轻其不良反应等作用。本文就近十年来多巴制剂联合中医药治疗帕金森病的进展进行评述。
Dopa preparation is currently the first choice for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease drugs. With the prolonged application of dopa and the increased dosage, its therapeutic effect is getting smaller and smaller, the adverse reactions are more and more large, which has become the main problem that affects its clinical application. Studies have shown that the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine and dopa has the effect of increasing the curative effect, reducing the dosage of western medicine and alleviating the adverse reaction. This article reviews the recent progress of dopa preparation and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
