随着物质生活水平的提升,人们对于饮食的要求越来越高,人们不仅仅要求从饮食中获得基本的营养需求,也要求获得美的享受。这也对烹饪技术提出了一定客观要求,在制作才要的过程中,要求对食材准确的搭配和把握,为人们的健康饮食提供充分的技术保障。文章从食物搭配和食物烹调两个方面着手,提出了如何更好地保障人们健康生活几点浅见。
With the improvement of material living standards, people are demanding more and more food. People not only need to get basic nutritional needs from their diet but also enjoy beauty. This also puts forward some objective requirements for cooking technology. In the process of making it, it requires accurate collocation and grasping of the ingredients so as to provide sufficient technical support for people’s healthy eating. The article starts with two aspects of food collocation and food cooking, and puts forward some humble opinions on how to better protect people’s healthy life.
