主要针对冷床动齿不同步运行存在的问题,通过研究与实践,实现动齿的同步运行。目前,冷床动齿电气控制系统是由西门子S7-400 PLC和6RA70组成,它们之间通Profibus-DP网相连接。由6RA70传动控制柜控制冷床两台直流电动机,来完成对冷床控制系统的整体控制。自投入生产以来,两段冷床动齿在使用过程中经常出现不同步的现象,由此产生大量的废钢、热停工时,严重影响车间的生产节奏,是生产的一个瓶颈。
It mainly aims at the problems existing in unsynchronized running of cooling rack moving teeth. Through the research and practice, the synchronous operation of moving teeth is realized. At present, the electric control system of cooling bed moving tooth is composed of Siemens S7-400 PLC and 6RA70, and they are connected with Profibus-DP network. By 6RA70 transmission control cabinet cooling bed two DC motors, to complete the overall control of the cooling bed control system. Since it was put into production, two stages of cold-bed moving teeth often appear out-of-step phenomenon during use, resulting in a large amount of scrap steel. When the heat is stopped, the pace of production of the workshop is seriously affected, which is a bottleneck in production.
