With the rapid economic development in our country, power construction has become an important guarantee for the development of the national economy. The key to achieving sound management of power engineering projects lies in the pre-management of power grid projects, which is an important part of the construction. This article analyzes the preliminary work management of power construction project, and puts forward an effective strategy for pre-management.
