靖宇县共有124个农村党支部,其中有35个党的力量薄弱村,占农村党支部总数的28％。针对这一问题,县委组织部采取了“三推荐、两落实、一保证”的办法,加强入党积极分子队伍的建设。“三推荐”,即依靠群众,推荐后备积极分子;依靠群团组织,推荐一般积极分子;依靠党员推荐重点积极分子。“两落实”,即落实对入党积极分子的管理和教育。“一保证”,即保证加强对解决薄弱问题的领导。 通过采取这种新措施,全县农村党的积极分子队伍
