At present, the deep-rooted problems such as heavy corporate burden, narrow coverage and difficult source of fund for the reform of pension insurance are largely controlled by the single level of pension insurance. To solve this problem, it is an important way to speed up the implementation of enterprise supplementary pension insurance.
