用弱激光(He-Ne激光)探索性治疗109例月经过多症,近期平均有效率为87.16％,经血量平均可减少47.1％,初步认为此法是一种无创伤和无副反应可治疗月经过多的新方法。为了探讨疗效的机理,治疗前后测定子官内膜和月经血中的前列腺素(PC)四项指标,部分结果提示,疗效的获得可能与调节子宫局部PG间的平衡有一定关系。

In order to explore the mechanism of curative effect, we measured the four indexes of prostaglandin (PC) in the porcine endometrium and menstrual blood before and after treatment. Some results suggest that the therapeutic effect may be related to the regulation of the balance of uterine local PG.
