随着我国互联网技术的不断发展,网络逐渐演变成民众表达自身意愿的一个平台,人们借助这个平台对司法审判工作进行全方位多角度的监督。但是任何事物都有两面性,一方面,网络民意能够在一定程度上真实反映民情民愿;另一方面网络民意由于本身存在一定的盲目性和易操纵性,所以在运用过程中如果不够谨慎,很容易变成民怨民愤,给司法公正带来消极的影响。
