目的:掌握城市婴儿生长速率纵向发育规律,获得当地城市婴儿生长速率正常参考值及生长曲线图,建立城市婴儿生长轨迹数据模型。方法:按分层整群随机抽样抽取2008年4月1日-2008年10月1日出生的502名正常婴儿,监测至2009年4月30日止,其中男婴250人,女婴252人。每名婴儿分6个月龄组进行体重、身长、头围测量,每名婴儿共测查6次。结果:建立当地儿童标准的生长模式,并确定与年龄有关的各种变化,对开展儿童生长监测,及时发现发育偏离并及时干预提供帮助。
OBJECTIVE: To grasp the longitudinal development of infant growth rate in the city, obtain the normal reference value and growth curve of the infant growth rate in the local city, and establish the urban infant growth trajectory data model. Methods: A total of 502 normal babies born from April 1, 2008 to October 1, 2008, were randomly selected according to stratified cluster sampling and monitored until April 30, 2009, of which 250 were male babies and 252 were female babies. Weight, length and head circumference were measured in 6-month-old infants, 6 times per infants. Results: The local children’s standard growth model was established and age-related changes were identified. It was helpful to monitor child growth, detect deviations in time and timely intervention.
