目的:探讨脑出血患者的心电图变化。方法:依据有无脑室内出血将213例脑出血急性期心电图分为脑室出血组和非脑室出血组进行分析,作χ2检验,部份异常心电图急性期与恢复期再作对比分析。结果:脑出血急性期心电图异常率为76.6%,脑室出血组心电图异常率明显高于非脑室出血组,脑出血恢复期心电图好转率为65.12%。结论:脑出血急性期心电图改变以缺血性损害及心律失常为多见,多数患者随着脑出血的好转而恢复正常。
Objective: To investigate the changes of electrocardiogram in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Based on the presence or absence of intracerebral hemorrhage, 213 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into ventricular hemorrhage group and non-ventricular hemorrhage group for analysis. Chi-square test was used to analyze the difference between the acute and recovery phase of some abnormal ECGs. Results: The rate of ECG abnormality in acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage was 76.6%. The abnormal rate of electrocardiogram in intraventricular hemorrhage group was significantly higher than that in non - ventricular hemorrhage group. The improvement rate of electrocardiogram was 65.12% in recovery period of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion: The changes of ECG during acute cerebral hemorrhage are more common in ischemic injury and arrhythmia. Most of patients return to normal with the improvement of cerebral hemorrhage.
