目前,多层砖混结构中构造柱的设计和施工都存在一些问题,现分析如下。一、构造柱的设置不符合规范要求1.外墙四角、错层部位、较大门窗洞口两侧、大房间内外墙交接处以及某些较长墙体的中部均未设置构造柱。2.楼梯间、电梯间四角处未设构造柱。3.伸缩缝两侧的墙体未视为外墙。
At present, there are some problems in the design and construction of the structural columns in the multi-story brick-concrete structure. The analysis is as follows. First, the structure of the column set does not meet the specifications 1. Exterior wall corners, the wrong part of the site, larger openings on both sides of the door, large rooms within the outer wall of the junction and some of the longer walls of the central have not set structural columns. 2. Stairwell, the elevator corner has not been constructed column. 3. The walls on both sides of the expansion joints are not considered as exterior walls.
