通过对欧文寿命试验机进行拆分,研究其工作原理,利用碰撞力学计算铸钢丸与投掷装置碰撞的初始速度为61.8 m/s。铸钢丸喷抛初速度的大小取决于接触点的位置,当接触点距离投掷装置中心越近时,铸钢丸的速度越小,反之越大。通过对铸钢丸进行试验,对比两种试验方法的适用性,结果发现:检测铸钢丸欧文寿命时一般使用100%替代法,而探寻最佳热处理参数时通常使用破损曲线法。
By dividing Owen’s life testing machine and studying its working principle, the initial velocity of the collision between cast steel balls and the thrusters was calculated by collision mechanics to be 61.8 m / s. Casting shot blasting the size of the initial velocity depends on the location of the contact point, when the contact point from the center of the throwing device, the smaller the speed of cast steel balls, on the contrary, the greater. Through the test of cast steel shot, the applicability of the two test methods is compared. The results show that the 100% substitution method is generally used to test the lifetime of cast steel shot, and the breakage curve method is usually used to find the best heat treatment parameters.
