选用180尾体重相近、健康的鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)作饲养试验,设对照组1个,试验组3个(日粮中分别添加0.3%、0.6%、1.0%的活性肽),经56d 饲养后,观察在基础日粮中添加不同水平的活性肽对鲤鱼血液生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:(1)试验组的 IgM、C_4均优于对照组;(2)试验组的 T_4均比对照组低;(3)试验组的尿素氮均低于对照组;(4)对照组和试验组的 CHOL、TG_3、AST、ALT、LDH、ALB、GLO 均差异不显著。
One hundred and eighty carps (Cyprinus carpio) of similar weight and body weight were selected for feeding experiment. One control group and three experimental groups (0.3%, 0.6% and 1.0% of active peptides were added into the diet) , To observe the effect of adding different levels of active peptides on the blood physiological and biochemical indexes of common carp. The results showed that: (1) IgM and C_4 in the test group were better than those in the control group; (2) T_4 in the test group was lower than that in the control group; (3) Urea nitrogen in the test group was lower than that in the control group; (4) And the experimental group CHOL, TG_3, AST, ALT, LDH, ALB, GLO were no significant difference.
