目的探讨应用三磷酸腺苷(ATP)荧光检测复用管腔器械清洗效果的检测效率。方法从回收的复用管腔器械中随机抽取50件,在流动水下充分冲洗,接着应用自动灌流器进行标准操作程序(SOP)清洗处理后,依次用放大镜目测法、ATP荧光检测法进行清洗效果评价,比较两种不同检测方法不合格检出率、检测速度情况。结果放大镜目测和ATP检测不合格分别为2件(4%)和7件(14%),两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);ATP检测法单件检测速度为(1.02±0.32)min,放大镜目测速度为(1.96±0.48)min,两者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论应用ATP荧光检测复用管腔器械清洗,不合格检出率高,检测速度快,是提高工作效率、主动控制污染事故发生的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the detection efficiency of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) fluorescence in the detection of multiple lumen instruments. Methods A total of 50 samples were collected from the reused lumen devices and thoroughly washed under flowing water. After the SOPs were cleaned by automated perfusion device, they were sequentially cleaned with a magnifying glass visualization and ATP fluorescence detection Effect evaluation, comparison of two different detection methods failed detection rate, detection rate.
