Pd-Si 和 Pd-Si 基的非晶态合金极易用液体急冷淬火法制备,常被当作非晶态合金的一个典型,研究工作相当活跃。本文报道我们用光电子能谱(ESCA)、Auger 电子能谱和量子化学计算研究 Pd-Si 和 Pd-Ni-Si 非晶态合金的电子结构的研究结果。
Pd-Si and Pd-Si based amorphous alloys can be easily quenched by liquid quenching method, often used as a typical amorphous alloy, the research work quite active. In this paper, we report the electronic structure of Pd-Si and Pd-Ni-Si amorphous alloys by ESCA, Auger electron spectroscopy and quantum chemistry calculations.
