学校体育最终要对学生的体育合格情况作出评定。为此,就必然会使用相应的表格记录考核或测验的成绩,为评定提供数据。然而,据了解,许多学校所使用的各式表格不尽统一,有的过细而多,有的明显地不符合体育学科的特点。因此,本文在扬长避短的基础上,重新设计了《学生体育合格情况登记表》(以下简称《登记表》)。一、设计《登记表》的基本要求《登记表》的设计应考虑到我国各地师资、场地、器材及学生体育基础等不相同的现状。为此,《登记表》应符合下列基本要求: 1.全面性。应能全面地反映体育学科的要求和学生的体育成绩。 2.实用性。应能方便教师记

For this reason, it will inevitably use the corresponding form to record the results of the assessment or test and provide data for the assessment.
