Henan section of the middle section of South-to-North Water Diversion Project has a long construction line, many structures and processes, large flow during operation period, and more risks in project quality management. Through analyzing the influencing factors of various responsible units on the project quality, we study and control the project quality measures to ensure the project of Henan section of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion project of good quality.
