目的 观察高压氧辅助治疗再植牙的疗效。方法 对 44例外伤致 2颗牙脱位患者进行牙再植术 ,分成实验组与对照组各 2 2例 44颗牙 ,实验组辅助以高压氧治疗 ,对照组作为对照。术后跟踪观察疗效。结果 两组术后牙周愈合速度与结果有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;2年牙再植成功率和 5年失牙率亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高压氧辅助治疗可提高牙再植术的成功率。
Objective To observe the effect of hyperbaric oxygen on replantation. Methods Twenty-four teeth were divided into two groups (44 teeth) in experimental group and control group. Twenty-four teeth were treated with hyperbaric oxygen in experimental group and control group as control. Follow-up observation of the curative effect. Results There was a significant difference between the two groups in the rate of periodontal healing and the result (P <0.01). The success rate of dental implants in two years and the rate of 5-year tooth decay were also significantly different (P <0.05) ). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant therapy can improve the success rate of dental replantation.
