目的:探索羌活含油水体在膜分离前加入无机盐预处理的最佳条件。方法:对羌活含油水体模拟体系进行膜前预处理,以无机盐的种类、加入量为考察因素,比较各膜通量及截油率,确定最佳加盐条件。结果:羌活含油水体在膜分离前加入无机盐的最佳条件为:按含油水体量2%的比例加入氯化钠固体;气相指纹图谱显示加入无机盐未影响挥发油的有效成分。结论:在羌活含油水体进行膜分离前加入氯化钠,能优化膜过程,提高膜通量。
Objective: To explore the optimum conditions for inorganic salt pretreatment before the membrane separation of Notopterygii oil-bearing water. Methods: The pre-treatment of notopterygii oil-bearing water body simulation system was carried out. The type and amount of inorganic salt were taken as the investigation factors. The flux and interception rate of each membrane were compared to determine the optimal salt-adding conditions. Results: The optimum conditions for the addition of inorganic salt before the membrane separation were as follows: sodium chloride solid was added at a ratio of 2% of the volume of the oil-water; the gas-phase fingerprint showed that adding the inorganic salt did not affect the active ingredients of the volatile oil. Conclusion: Sodium chloride was added before membrane separation of notopterygii oil-bearing water, which could optimize membrane process and increase membrane flux.
