近海油气田开发随油气藏性质、所在海域海况条件和开发建设目的的不同而有不同的开发方案.东海平湖油气田作为东海海域第一个正式投入开发的油气田,开发方案的制定首先面临的是要适应东海海域强台风、强底流的海况;要适合平湖油气田作为复合油气藏的开发特征;要确保向上海浦东新区稳定可靠供气的生产可靠性;要满足作为边际油气田开发所需要的经济效益.为此,平湖油气田开发采用油气并举,以气为主的开发原则;为提高经济效益、缩短建设期,采取预钻油气井,平台回接技术;适应东海海况,提高平台预制化程度,整体吊装,减少海上安装工作量;应用多相流技术,实施湿天然气长距离管道输送;采用多工况轻烃回收工艺,确保向上海供气稳定可靠.文章阐述了综合运用配套技术开发东海平湖油气田的技术特点,并由此论及我国近海油气开发工作.“,”Offshore oil and gas fields have different development plans which depend on the differences in reservoir properties,field located marine conditions and development construction′s targets.In regard to the Pinghu oil and gas field in East China Sea,which is the first field being formally put into development in the sea area,it is necessary for working out its development plan to suit the marine conditions of a violent typhoon and a strong undercurrent in the sea area,to tally with the development properties of the combination reservoir in the field,to ensure a reliable gas supply to the Pudong new district of Shanghai and to meet the economic returns needed for developing it as a marginal field.For this reason,the following measures were adopted in Pinghu field development:insisting on the principle of concurrently developing oil and gas and mainly producing gas;using the techniques of pre drilling oil and gas wells and platform tie backing for raising economic returns and shortening construction period;taking the means as raising the level of platform prefabrication,using whole hanging method and decreasing the work loads of offshore installation so as to suit the marine conditions of East China Sea;utilizing multiphase flowing technique for implementing wet gas long distance pipeline transmission;and using multiple operating mode NGL recovery technique for ensuring a gas supply to Shanghai stably and reliably.The technical properties of developing the Pinghu field in East China Sea by comprehensively applying necessary techniques are stated in the paper and from this the development works of the offshore oil & gas fields in China are demonstrated also.
