国内众多道路未得到及时维护以致需花费大量资金重建的案例均表明:当前道路监测技术滞后于道路结构的发展需求。因此,考虑光纤所具备的精度高、耐腐蚀及抗电磁干扰等优点,提出了一种适合于沥青混凝土路面结构测试的柔性原材料封装光纤传感器,以素沥青为光纤外包层,以小粒径沥青混合料为封装层。通过有限元试算及系列基础试验方式确定最优封装尺寸,以分级加载试验校核其感知外部荷载的性能,从而确定其是否能用于沥青混凝土路面结构的监测。研究结果表明:该种柔性原材料封装光纤测试系统用于感知路面结构的变形是可行的,且能实现路面结构的实时、长期监测,对路面结构监测技术的发展起到了积极的推进作用。
