故障现象:1.框架不能倾斜。2.通电后框架自动后倾-20℃。3.倾斜角数字显示与实际不符。故障分析和修复X-CT框架倾斜系统由控制按纽、综合方向/电流继电器、驱动机械和倾斜角度显示等几个部分组成,整个扫描允许倾斜范围为-20℃(后倾)到十20℃(前倾)。由图1知,框架倾斜角度的信息来自1K电位器,1458起一个求和放大器的作用,2脚处既有来自倾斜电位器滑动臂的电位,代表着扫描机架倾斜的角度;又有来自偏置电压+10V,其目的是使1458输出电压维持在A/D转换器的工作电压范围内。代表扫描框架倾斜角度的模拟电压经A/D转换后以数字形式显示在控制台荧光屏上。
