就业乃民生之本,和谐之基,关系百姓生活和社会稳定。湖北省潜江市以被纳入全国统筹城乡就业试点城市为契机,通过开展创建充分就业社区、全民创业、春风行动、就业援助、援企稳岗等一系列就业服务活动,充分发挥市、区镇处两级就业服务机构及社区和村级劳动保障协理员的作用,拓宽就业渠道,畅通就业信息,在全市范围内形成了一个较为完善的就业服务网络。2009年至2010年7月,全市城镇新增就业16122人,共有5667名下岗失业人员实现了就业再就业;累计开展农村富余劳动力转移就业219290人,其中市外输出163817人,市内就近就地转移就业55473人;新增创业8691户,带动就业18219人;城镇登记失业率控制在4.0%以内。数字的背后,显现出就业再就业工作已在潜江的和谐社会和经济建设中发挥着重要作用。
Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood, the foundation of harmony, and the relationship between people's life and social stability. Qianjiang City, Hubei Province, is taking this opportunity to be included in the national pilot city for employment in both urban and rural areas. By launching a series of employment service activities such as creating a full employment community, launching a business as a whole, spring breeze operations, employment assistance and stabilizing the aid enterprises, the city and district offices Employment service agencies at two levels, and community and village labor and social security assistants to broaden employment channels and smooth employment information, forming a relatively complete employment service network within the city. From 2009 to July 2010, a total of 16,122 new jobs were employed in cities and towns in the city, and a total of 5,667 laid-off workers realized employment and reemployment; a total of 219,290 people were transferred to surplus rural labors for employment, of which 163,817 were exported from or outside the city, 55,473 people were transferred and employed; 8,891 new start-ups were employed, bringing the total employment to 18,219; and the registered urban unemployment rate was within 4.0%. Behind the figures, it shows that the employment and reemployment work has played an important role in Qianjiang's harmonious society and economic construction.
