以甲基丙烯酸十二酯为单体采用悬浮聚合法合成高吸油树脂并对其吸油性能进行了测定。研究了不同交联剂、引发剂、分散剂和反应温度对树脂吸油性能的影响。结果表明:采用二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂时树脂吸油能力较好;合适的工艺条件为:DVB用量1.0%(wt,质量百分数,下同),BPO用量1.2%,PVA用量0.8%,反应温度65℃时,制备的树脂对四氯化碳(CCL4)的吸收率为36.8g/g。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)谱图表明树脂内部呈现多孔的互穿网络结构,热失重分析表明吸油树脂具有较好的热稳定性。
The high oil absorption resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization with dodecyl methacrylate as monomer and the oil absorption performance was measured. The effects of different crosslinkers, initiators, dispersants and reaction temperature on the resin oil absorption were studied. The results showed that the resin had better oil absorption capacity when using divinylbenzene (DVB) as crosslinking agent and benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as dispersant. The suitable technological conditions were: The amount of DVB used was 1.0% (wt%, the same below), the amount of BPO was 1.2% and the amount of PVA was 0.8%. The reaction temperature was 65 ℃, the absorption of carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) was 36.8g / g. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) spectroscopy showed that the resin showed a porous interpenetrating network structure. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the oil-absorbing resin had good thermal stability.
