在党的十七大中明确指出了科学发展观的第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,为新形势下的党建工作指出了方向。只有坚持以人为本才能加强和改进企业党建工作,才能提升党的凝聚力和战斗力,才能促进党建工作的顺利开展。本文主要论坚持以人为本对企业党建工作的重要性及实现以人为本的途径。
In the 17th National Congress of the CPC, we have clearly pointed out that the first important point of the scientific concept of development is development and the core is people-oriented. We should establish a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and point out the direction for the party building in the new situation. Only by adhering to the people-oriented principle can we strengthen and improve our party building in order to enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the party so as to promote the smooth development of the party building. This article mainly discusses the importance of adhering to the people-oriented approach to party building in enterprises and the way to realize people-oriented.
