业主是房地产开发企业和物业服务的直接接受者和参与者,业主对房地产开发、建设和服务的参与度和能动性影响业主对商品房开发的感知和满意度。本文参考ACSI和ECSI,构建了我国商品房业主满意度模型。实证研究表明该模型具有较强的适用性。
The owners are the direct recipients and participants of the real estate development enterprises and property services. The owners ’participation and initiative in real estate development, construction and service affect the owners’ perception and satisfaction of the development of commercial buildings. In this paper, reference to ACSI and ECSI, building a model of satisfaction of commercial real estate owners in China. Empirical studies show that the model has strong applicability.
