随着我国素质教育改革的深入,科研在高校教育教学中的地位和作用日益突出。艺术院校作为高等教育的重要部分,积极做好科研工作对加快自身发展、提高教学质量、突出自身特色具有十分重要的意义。当前我国艺术院校科研管理面临诸多问题,以音乐学院为例,主要表现为缺乏对音乐科研活动的专业管理,科研评价机制不合理。因此,应建立健全科学完善的音乐学院科研活动成果评价体系,正确处理好教学与科研二者之间的关系,处理好艺术实践与科研活动之间的关系,以推动我国音乐等艺术学科的健康快速发展。
With the deepening of the reform of quality education in our country, the status and role of scientific research in higher education are becoming increasingly prominent. As an important part of higher education, art academies and universities should do a good job in scientific research to accelerate their own development, improve their teaching quality and highlight their own characteristics. At present, there are many problems in the management of scientific research in art colleges and universities in our country. Take the Conservatory of Music as an example, it mainly lacks professional management of music research activities and unreasonable scientific evaluation mechanism. Therefore, it is necessary to establish and perfect a scientific and perfect evaluation system of the achievements of scientific research activities of the music academy, properly handle the relationship between teaching and research, handle the relationship between artistic practice and research activities, and promote the health of art disciplines such as music in China Rapid development.
