七十年代以来,国外开始利用质谱分析技术研究真空炉内残余气体对钎焊质量的影响以及炉中结构材料对残余气体组成的影响等问题。这些工作已显示出气体分析技术在钎焊机理研究、质量控制、新工艺探索等方面具有广泛应用的可能性。在不锈钢中温真空钎焊的研究中,利用质谱分析技术考察了真空炉中残余气体对含锰的银-铜钎料在SUS 321(1Cr18 Ni 9Ti)钢上润湿行为的影响。其研究重点是:①残余气体总压(真空度)及其分压对润湿指数的影响;②控制残余气体组成的工艺措施。
Since the seventies, foreign countries began to use mass spectrometry analysis of residual gas in vacuum furnace on the quality of brazing and structural materials in the furnace on the residual gas composition and other issues. These efforts have shown the possibility of a wide range of applications of gas analysis techniques in soldering mechanism studies, quality control, new process exploration and more. In the research of stainless steel brazing, the influence of residual gas in vacuum furnace on the wetting behavior of the manganese-containing silver-copper brazing filler metal on SUS 321 (1Cr18 Ni 9Ti) steel was investigated by mass spectrometry. The research focuses on: ① residual gas total pressure (vacuum) and its partial pressure on wetting index; ② control residual gas composition process measures.
