This paper discusses the challenges of human resource management in the era of knowledge economy, analyzes the problems existing in human resource management of power enterprises and the urgency of reform, and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the reform of human resource management in power enterprises: guiding managers to change their concepts and truly establish a people-oriented Corporate philosophy; optimize the incentive mechanism; strengthen the training of staff, training high-quality personnel; through a reasonable interest-driven mechanism to achieve human resources development.
