伴随素质教育不断深化改革,对初中学生综合素质的培养提出更高的要求。然而从当前初中学生身心活动表现现状看,在自我适应性方面仍表现较差,出现自身与环境无法相互协调情况,其直接导致学生在学习与生活各方面受到严重影响。这就要求引入家校合作培养模式,从初中一年级起着手,提高学生自我适应性能力。本次研究将对家校合作模式与学生自我适应性做简要介绍,立足于当前家校培养现状,提出家校合作教育模式培养初一学生自我适应性建议。
With the continuous improvement of quality education, reform of higher education for junior high school students put forward higher requirements. However, according to the performance status quo of current middle school students’ physical and mental activities, they still perform poorly in self-adaptability and can not co-ordinate themselves with the environment, which directly leads to the students being seriously affected in all aspects of study and life. This requires the introduction of home-school cooperation and training mode, starting from the first grade of junior high school to improve the self-adaptability of students. This study will briefly introduce the mode of home-school cooperation and students ’self-adaptability. Based on the current situation of home-school training, this study proposes a cooperative education model of home-school education to train students’ self-adaptability.
