科学技术是第一生产力。科教兴国是党中央提出的一项重大战略决策。学习现代科技知识,是干部理论学习中的一项重要内容。为此,我们开设《干部学科技》专栏,向学员朋友介绍最新的现代科技知识。本期请中共中央党校教授康曼华撰文,概要介绍现代科技的发展形势及我国的科教兴国战略,作为这一栏目的开篇。
Science and technology are primary productive forces. Rejuvenating China through science and education is a major strategic decision put forth by the party Central Committee. Studying modern science and technology is an important part of theoretical study of cadres. To this end, we have set up a “Cadre Science and Technology” column to introduce our friends and students to the latest modern science and technology. This issue is an essay by Professor Kang Man-hua, a professor at the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, which outlines the development of modern science and technology and China's strategy of rejuvenating China through science and education.
