This paper presents a non-contact detection of large diameter ( 94- 22 6mm) diameter of the workpiece diameter error of the dual laser scanning detector works and the overall composition. The instrument uses dual laser scanning detection of new technologies, through the theory of electronics and single-chip microcomputer error separation and data processing in order to achieve the precise measurement of large diameter rotary body parts
