目的探讨糖抗原199(CA199)在卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的临床价值。方法选取2008年1月~2012年12月在南宁市第二人民医院妇科进行手术治疗并且病理学确诊卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者的CA199水平进行回顾性分析。结果 86例患者中31例CA199升高(208.33±197.46)U/mL,55例CA199水平正常(15.86±14.29)U/mL,升高组中肿瘤最大径(54.67±21.35)mm,正常组(40.63±16.15)mm,升高组CA199术后3d的水平术前明显降低,升高组中有16例肿瘤累及双侧,占51.61%。结论 CA199在妇科良性疾病中也有表达,在卵巢成熟畸胎瘤的诊断中有一定的临床意义,同时对治疗方式及预后亦有指导作用,但仍需进一步的研究探索。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) in mature ovarian teratoma. Methods From January 2008 to December 2012 in Nanning Second People’s Hospital gynecological surgery and pathologically confirmed mature ovarian teratoma in patients with CA199 levels were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 86 patients, CA199 increased (208.33 ± 197.46) U / mL, 55 CA199 normal (15.86 ± 14.29) U / mL, and the maximum diameter of tumor in elevated group was 54.67 ± 21.35 mm. 40.63 ± 16.15) mm, and the level of CA199 in the elevated group was significantly lower than that before the operation, 16 cases in the elevated group were bilateral, accounting for 51.61%. Conclusions CA199 is also expressed in benign gynecological diseases. It has certain clinical significance in the diagnosis of mature ovarian teratoma, and also has a guiding role in the treatment and prognosis. However, further study and exploration are needed.
