■作为国内新能源产业最发达、最集中的地区,江苏省率先在新兴产业“赛跑”中确立了领先优势。江苏省委书记罗志军在党代会报告中提出:要着力培育壮大新兴产业,强化市场规模优势和技术领先优势,抢占产业发展制高点。如何抢占这个制高点?江苏省的计划是利用3年时间把新兴产业规模翻一番,使其成为主导产业。■今年3月2日,正值全国两会前夕,腾讯网宣布新疆维吾尔自治区党委书记张春贤实名微博落户该网,引起了全国广大网民的极大关注。张春贤也因此被媒体称为国内“微博史上最高级别官员”。在今年新疆的党代会报告中,张春贤专门就社会管理创新工作强调:要重视听取网络民意,提高网络建设和管理水平,营造有利于社会稳定的舆论环境,同时就加强党建工作时又强调要增强新形势下依法办事能力和应急管理、舆论引导、新兴媒体运用等方面能力。
