只有建立健全的林业科技政策,才能确保林业的可持续发展。该文通过科技政策、林业科技政策的相关研究,针对性地提出促进林业发展的政策建议,确保林业走上科技兴林之路。第一部分介绍了科技政策的相关研究内容;第二部分对林业科技政策的重要组成部分,即林业科技政策的界定、林业科技成果推广和转化政策的研究现状、存在问题进行了综述。从研究者的视角将目前的研究分为微观研究和宏观研究,最后指出林业科技政策方面的研究在中国还处在表层上的研究,探讨促进林业产业成长的发展机制、科学战略和林业政策等问题是一项探索性的研究。
Only by establishing a sound forestry science and technology policy can forestry sustainable development be ensured. Through the relevant research on science and technology policy and forestry science and technology policy, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the development of forestry in a targeted manner, and ensures that forestry embarks on the road of science and technology. The first part introduces the related research content of science and technology policy. The second part summarizes the research status and existing problems of the important components of science and technology policy of forestry, namely the definition of forestry science and technology policy, the promotion and transformation policy of forestry science and technology achievement. From the perspective of researchers, the current research is divided into micro-studies and macroscopic studies. Finally, the paper points out that research on forestry science and technology policies is still on the surface in China and discusses development mechanisms, science strategies and forestry policies that promote the growth of forestry industry. The problem is an exploratory study.
